All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Our average delivery window is 5–10 business days from the date your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

  • Packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

If an address correction is needed, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Zellez is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.
