Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy
At Zellez, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, email us immediately through Contact Us with your order number.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return once the item has been delivered (see Return Policy below).
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- Item must show no signs of wear, damage, staining, odor, or alteration
We do not accept returns for items that show normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
- Cushion compression from extended sitting
- Fabric softening, stretching, or pilling
- Creasing or shape changes due to regular use
- Odors from personal or environmental exposure
- Stains or discoloration
- Pet hair or damage
We reserve the right to inspect and deny returns that do not meet these standards.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Promotional bundles where free or complimentary items are missing
- Products returned damaged due to misuse, improper care, or negligence
- Items returned without prior authorization
Return Process
- Contact Us with:
-Order number
-Reason for return
-Clear photos of the product
2. If approved, you will receive return instructions.
3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your return is denied due to signs of use or normal wear and tear, the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Align Pro arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue and packaging
- We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion
Damage caused by improper use does not qualify as a defect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you experience an issue, please contact us before filing a chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and affect future purchasing eligibility.
